Description
A one-to-one session designed to develop the physical qualities that matter most for your goal.
Physical preparation is not about training every quality at the same time. Depending on your sport, your level and your objective, some capacities should be prioritized over others.
This 60-minute session focuses on the areas that are most relevant to you and adapts the content to your experience, abilities and sporting activity.
What can we work on?
Depending on your goal, the session may focus on:
- strength and power
- speed, reactivity and explosiveness
- cardiovascular fitness
- stability and movement control
- proprioception and balance
- mobility and range of motion
- core stability and force transfer
- coordination and sport-specific physical qualities
Of course, all of these qualities are not trained during the same session. The content is selected according to your current priorities.
How does the session work?
The session starts with a short discussion to clarify your objective and how you are feeling on the day.
A progressive warm-up then prepares your body for the planned work, with joint mobility and activation adapted to the session.
The main part of the session focuses on the physical qualities identified beforehand. Exercises, intensity, volume and recovery periods are adapted to your level and objective.
The session ends with a cool-down and a short review of your sensations, the observations made during the session and possible next steps.
Who is this session for?
This service is suitable for:
- athletes looking to improve specific physical qualities;
- people preparing for a sporting objective;

- anyone who wants to improve their physical condition with individualized coaching.
You do not need to be a competitive athlete to benefit from physical preparation.

Take your preparation further
A single session can target one or several physical qualities, but a more complete preparation may require a deeper assessment and structured planning.
Depending on your objective, your coaching can also include:
Functional assessment
Assessment of mobility, stability and movement patterns, using appropriate tools such as FMS when relevant.
Field testing
To measure specific physical qualities and establish objective reference points.
Training programming
To structure your progression over several weeks through microcycles, development phases, recovery periods and, when appropriate, tapering.
