Most Athomic Wellness products are made to order after an order has been confirmed.
Return conditions vary depending on the delivery country. The periods and conditions below apply to orders delivered to the relevant markets.

1. Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If your product arrives:

- damaged;
- misprinted;
- or different from what you ordered,
please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of receiving your order.

- a description of the issue;
- clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- a free replacement;
- or a full refund.
Please do not return any product before receiving our instructions.
Depending on the issue, a physical return may not be necessary.
This 30-day contact period does not limit any mandatory statutory rights available under applicable law.
2. Switzerland 🇨🇭
We do not accept returns solely because a customer has changed their mind or selected the wrong size, colour or model.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products remain covered by this policy.

Athomic Wellness accepts returns of defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns.

Accepted condition: new products or products reasonably tried on or inspected in order to establish their nature, characteristics or size.
Handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary may reduce the value of the product and may affect the amount refunded.

15. Return procedure 📦
Before returning any product, contact:

- the reason for the return.
We will provide the necessary instructions.
Do not send any product back before receiving our instructions.
Where a physical return is required, returns are made by mail.
16. Exchanges 🔁
We do not offer standard exchanges.
This includes requests resulting from:
- incorrect size;
- incorrect colour;
- incorrect model;
- change of mind.
If you would like another item or size, you will generally need to place a new order.
Where a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, a free replacement may be offered where applicable.
17. Refunds 💳
Approved refunds are normally issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is agreed and permitted by applicable law.
Athomic Wellness normally processes approved refunds within 7 days after the return or claim has been validated.
Banks, card issuers and payment providers may require additional time before the refund appears in the customer's account.
Where required by applicable law, the refund will also include the standard original delivery charges.
No restocking fee is charged.
18. Services – coaching & personal training 🧑🏫
Coaching and personal training services may be cancelled before the service begins, subject to applicable statutory requirements.
Once a service has begun, cancellation and refund rights may depend on the service booked, the portion already provided and applicable law.
